Common questions

How quickly can you put a QA/QC inspector on an Edmonton site?

Our office is in Edmonton, so mobilisation is same-day or next-day in most cases. The longer part is usually your site access and orientation process. Send the dates and you will get a straight answer the same day rather than an optimistic one.

Do you supply inspectors for shutdowns and turnarounds?

Yes. Day shift, night shift and rotating twelve-hour coverage across a fixed turnaround window. Night shift carries a premium which is stated in the rate up front, not added to the invoice afterwards.

Are your inspectors independent of the contractor?

Yes. We are third party. The inspector reports to you, and we have no commercial relationship with the fabricator or the construction contractor doing the work.
